Owner & Founder
Nance England received her MSN from Vanderbilt in 2010. She is a mother to four beautiful, kind, children, one with special needs. She is passionate about advocating for families and children with disabilities.

Krista Mahlstadt
Office Manager
​Krista Mahlstadt brings over 18 years of experience in education, with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. Her professional journey has been grounded in a deep understanding of child development and a passion for advocating for young learners. As a lead kindergarten teacher, department head, and preschool director, she has developed strong leadership skills while staying rooted in what matters most—supporting the whole child.
Now serving as the Business Office Manager at PEAK Pediatric Therapy, Krista seamlessly blends her background in early education with her commitment to administrative excellence. Her educational philosophy—that every child deserves to be empowered to meet their PEAK potential—perfectly aligns with PEAK’s mission. Collaborating with a team of dedicated therapists to help children reach their goals is not only a professional calling, but also an incredible privilege. She is honored to support this work and to serve the families of the Nashville community.
Krista has been married to her best friend and biggest cheerleader for nearly 18 years and is the proud mom of a beautiful daughter. When she’s not working, you can usually find her on the soccer field cheering her daughter on or exploring new adventures around Nashville with her family.

Suzanne Satterfield
OTR/L​
Suzanne is a licensed occupational therapist with over 32 years of experience specializing in pediatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Throughout her career, Suzanne has worked with children in various settings, including schools, acute rehabilitation, inpatient facilities, developmental inclusive preschools, and outpatient therapy clinics.
Her expertise includes specialized training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Handwriting Without Tears, spasticity management, the SOS Approach to Feeding, and pediatric Kinesio taping. Suzanne has a deep understanding of working with children on the Autism Spectrum, those with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and behavioral challenges. She is dedicated to collaborating with families to provide the support and guidance necessary for their children to thrive in a fun and safe environment.
Outside of her professional life, Suzanne enjoys the outdoors and can often be found exploring local trails on the weekends. She is married and has a teenage son and daughter who keep her busy with their sporting events. A true Nashvillian, Suzanne has lived in the area for 30 years

Allison Henry
MS, CCC-SLP
Allison R. Henry, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Valdosta State University. With nearly 30 years of experience, Allison has worked in a variety of clinical settings including adult and adolescent rehabilitation facilities, home health, developmental preschools, and private therapy clinics.

She has extensive experience supporting children with a range of receptive and expressive language delays, as well as speech sound disorders such as articulation and phonological impairments, dysarthria, cleft palate, oral-motor dysfunction, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Allison also has a strong interest in feeding therapy and has pursued advanced training in the Beckman Oral-Motor Protocol and the Sensory Oral Sequential (SOS) Feeding program. Most recently, she has begun incorporating Gestalt Language Processing approaches into her practice and is already seeing meaningful progress in her clients.

Allison values the connection and trust built through play-based therapy and believes in empowering families through parent coaching to support generalization of skills across all environments. She is passionate about helping children reach their peak potential.

Allison is married to her high school sweetheart, Ned, and together they have two grown children, Madison and Noah. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and singing in her church choir.

Krystal Hay
PT, DPT, PCS
Krystal Hay received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas in 2012. Krystal went on to complete a pediatric residency at the Nisonger Center at the Ohio State University and became a Pediatric Certified Specialist in 2017. Krystal has dedicated her entire career to working with children and she is passionate about early intervention.
Krystal has spent the last decade working in early intervention and treating children with various neurologic and genetic conditions. She has specialized education in disability across the lifespan and has worked in a research lab focusing on early identification and treatment of cerebral palsy. Krystal is also trained in TASES (task specific electrical stimulation) and vibration modalities to use in conjunction with therapeutic exercises. Krystal is humbled by every family she works with and honored to be a part of their journey at Peak!
In her free time, you can find Krystal outside enjoying time with her children, exercising, crafting or hiking with her family and dogs.

Olivia Salzano
MA, CCC-SLP
Olivia earned her Master's in
Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Cincinnati in 2022. Go Bearcats!
She has experience working with a wide range of pediatric populations in the areas of expressive and receptive language delays, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, and feeding disorders both sensory-based and oral motor. Olivia is trained in Dynamic and Temporal Tactile Cueing (DTTC) for treating Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Olivia is passionate about working with children of all ages and partnering with families to support their speech and language development.
In her free time, Olivia loves reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Caeli Palmer
MS, OTR/L
Caeli earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in 2020. After she graduated, Caeli worked as an occupational therapist at an outpatient pediatric clinic in her home state of Georgia. In 2024, she moved to Nashville with her boyfriend, Parker, and dog, Violet. Caeli worked as a TEIS service coordinator prior to joining PEAK.
Caeli has received specialized training in DIRFloortime and leads with a play-based approach. She enjoys using her creativity and craftiness to target goals and make sessions fun. Caeli values the family dynamic as a crucial part in helping children reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Caeli enjoys crafting, trying new coffee shops, thrifting, camping with her boyfriend and dog, and spending time with her family and friends.

ASHLEIGH BLUE
DPT
Ashleigh Blue received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Gannon University’s Ruskin, Florida campus in 2025. She has dreamed of becoming a pediatric physical therapist since the age of 10 and is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Ashleigh is dedicated to building strong relationships with the children and families she serves and strives to create engaging, meaningful therapy experiences. As a recent graduate, she is eager to continue growing as a clinician and is especially interested in pursuing Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) training to further enhance the quality of care she provides.
In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with family and friends, snuggling up with her pup, and relaxing near any type of body of water.

Larissa nichols
Billing Clerk
Larissa is originally from Brazil and has been living in the United States for nearly four years, where she now calls home with her husband and their two cats.
She is fluent in both Portuguese and English and brings a strong background in customer service from her time in Brazil. Larissa first came to the U.S. as an au pair, caring for children—including those with special needs—which sparked her passion for supporting kids and families.
She currently works in medical billing at Peak, where she enjoys being part of a team dedicated to serving children and their families. Being part of the team is especially meaningful to her, as she takes pride in contributing to the care and well-being of the community’s youngest members.
In her free time, Larissa enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and relaxing with her family and their curious cats!
