Nance England
Owner and Founder
Nance England received her MSN from Vanderbilt in 2010. She is a mother to four beautiful, kind, children, one with special needs. She is passionate about advocating for families and children with disabilities.

Kelly Sivley
PT, DPT
Kelly Sivley received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2021. Since then, Kelly has been working with both adults and children, giving her a solid understanding of anatomy through the lifespan.
​
Kelly is passionate about driving each child to maximize their potential and is especially honored to be able to work with the children and families that become part of the Peak PT family. She has experience implementing a wide variety of methods including TASES (task-specific electrical stimulation), vibration plates, and treadmill training. She is a lifelong learner and is trained as a Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level B practitioner and in the Total Motion Release (TMR) method to continue to improve the quality of therapy she can provide to children in her care.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys running, crafting, and spending time with her husband and puppy.​ Kelly speaks both English and Spanish

Brianna Kreiger
MS, CCC-SLP
Brianna earned her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee in 2022.

She has experience working with pediatric populations in the areas of expressive and receptive language delays, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, speech sound disorders, and feeding disorders—particularly sensory-based feeding. Brianna is trained in PROMPT (Introductory Level) for restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets, Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP), Dynamic and Temporal Tactile Cueing (DTTC), and the K-SLP approach for treating Childhood Apraxia of Speech.

Brianna is passionate about working with children and partnering with families to support their speech and language development.

Julia Thomas
MS, OTR/L
Julia earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 2018. She brings experience from a range of pediatric settings, including early intervention, outpatient clinics, and schools.
Julia has received specialized training as a level B DMI practitioner and is trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding. She has a passion and interest for sensory processing integration and loves using her creativity to make handwriting more fun! Julia values building rapport, parent/caregiver education and play based therapy approaches to increase child participation.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks with her dog, and relaxing with a good book.

Suzanne Satterfield
OTR/L​
Suzanne is a licensed occupational therapist with over 32 years of experience specializing in pediatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Throughout her career, Suzanne has worked with children in various settings, including schools, acute rehabilitation, inpatient facilities, developmental inclusive preschools, and outpatient therapy clinics.
Her expertise includes specialized training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Handwriting Without Tears, spasticity management, the SOS Approach to Feeding, and pediatric Kinesio taping. Suzanne has a deep understanding of working with children on the Autism Spectrum, those with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and behavioral challenges. She is dedicated to collaborating with families to provide the support and guidance necessary for their children to thrive in a fun and safe environment.
Outside of her professional life, Suzanne enjoys the outdoors and can often be found exploring local trails on the weekends. She is married and has a teenage son and daughter who keep her busy with their sporting events. A true Nashvillian, Suzanne has lived in the area for 30 years

Allison Henry
MS, CCC-SLP
Allison R. Henry, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Valdosta State University. With nearly 30 years of experience, Allison has worked in a variety of clinical settings including adult and adolescent rehabilitation facilities, home health, developmental preschools, and private therapy clinics.
​
She has extensive experience supporting children with a range of receptive and expressive language delays, as well as speech sound disorders such as articulation and phonological impairments, dysarthria, cleft palate, oral-motor dysfunction, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Allison also has a strong interest in feeding therapy and has pursued advanced training in the Beckman Oral-Motor Protocol and the Sensory Oral Sequential (SOS) Feeding program. Most recently, she has begun incorporating Gestalt Language Processing approaches into her practice and is already seeing meaningful progress in her clients.
​
Allison values the connection and trust built through play-based therapy and believes in empowering families through parent coaching to support generalization of skills across all environments. She is passionate about helping children reach their peak potential.

Allison is married to her high school sweetheart, Ned, and together they have two grown children, Madison and Noah. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and singing in her church choir.
